The Missing Guest is a small, independent browser game. This page explains, in plain language, what happens to your information while you play.
You don't sign up or log in to play. The game does not intentionally collect your name, email address, precise location, or any personal profile. Your preferences, best time, and area progress are stored only in your own browser (via localStorage), on your device — not on a server we run.
The game does not use Google Analytics or send gameplay analytics events. There is no analytics consent prompt.
Your browser connects to our hosting provider to load the game and to Google Fonts to load typefaces. These services receive connection information, such as your IP address, as part of serving those requests.
The Missing Guest does not currently use any advertising or ad-tracking system.
We do not sell your personal data, to anyone, for any reason.
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page will be updated.
